В исследование включены 88 детей в возрасте от 1 года до 5 лет, рожденных глубоконедоношенными, с очень низкой и экстремально низкой массой тела. Группу сравнения составили 46 здоровых детей аналогичного возраста, рожденных доношенными. Механика ЛЖ изучена путем оценки вращения на уровне базальных, верхушечных сегментов, папиллярных мышц и скручивания ЛЖ с помощью двухмерной эхокардиографии (ЭхоКГ) и технологии «след пятна» (Speckle Tracking Imaging-2D Strain).</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Установлены различия в частоте выявления типов скручивания ЛЖ в зависимости от характера вскармливания в течение первого года жизни у детей в возрасте от 1 года до 5 лет, рожденных с очень низкой и экстремально низкой массой тела. При естественном вскармливании 1-й («взрослый) тип скручивания ЛЖ зарегистрирован в 75% случаев, 4-й – в 12,5% случаев. При искусственном вскармливании в течение первого года жизни «взрослый» тип скручивания ЛЖ отмечен в 34,38% случаев, 4-й тип скручивания ЛЖ выявлен у 40,63% детей, рожденных глубоконедоношенными. При смешанном вскармливании в течение первого года жизни детей, рожденных с очень низкой и экстремально низкой массой тела, соотношение типов скручивания ЛЖ было следующим: 1-й «взрослый» тип – 40,63%, «детские» типы – 18,75 и 18,75% соответственно, 4-й тип скручивания – 21,88%.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The aim of the study was to evaluate the types of left ventricular (LV) rotation depending on the nature of feeding during the first year of life in oneto five-year-old children born with very low and extremely low body weight.</p><sec><title>Material and Methods</title><p>Material and Methods. The study included 88 children aged one to five years, born deeply premature with very low and extremely low body weight. The comparison group consisted of 46 healthy children of the same age, born full-term. TheLV mechanics was studied based on the assessment ofLV rotation at the levels of the mitral valve, papillary muscles, and apex andLV twist using two-dimensional echocardiography and two-dimensional speckle-tracking strain imaging.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. Differences between the types ofLV twist and the nature of feeding during the first year of life in oneto five-year-old children born with very low and extremely low body weight were identified. In children with natural feeding, the first (“adult”) type ofLV twist was registered in 75% of cases; the fourth type ofLV twist was detected in 12.5% of cases. In children with bottle-feeding during the first year of life, the “adult” type ofLV twist was registered in 34.38% of cases; fourth type ofLV twist was detected in 40.63% of children born deeply premature. In children with mixed feeding during the first year of life, the ratio ofLV twist types was as follows: 40.63% of patients had the first “adult” type; “child” types were present in 18.75% and 18.75% of children, respectively; fourth type of twist was detected in 21.88%.</p></sec></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>ротация левого желудочка</kwd><kwd>скручивание левого желудочка</kwd><kwd>типы скручивания левого желудочка</kwd><kwd>механика левого желудочка</kwd><kwd>дети</kwd><kwd>рожденные с очень низкой массой тела</kwd><kwd>дети</kwd><kwd>рожденные с экстремально низкой массой тела</kwd><kwd>вскармливание ребенка в течение первого года жизни</kwd><kwd>Speckle Tracking Imaging-2D Strain</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>Keywords:	left ventricular rotation</kwd><kwd>left ventricular twist</kwd><kwd>types of left ventricular twist</kwd><kwd>left ventricular mechanics</kwd><kwd>children born with very low body weight</kwd><kwd>children born with extremely low body&#13;
