Описаны общие принципы разработки и концептуальная архитектура интеллектуального сервиса, его информационные и программные компоненты. Представлены возможности проведения диагностики и дифференциальной диагностики заболеваний сердца на медицинском портале облачной платформы IACPaaS.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The paper presents the service for support of diagnostic decision-making in cardiology. The general principles for the development and conceptual architecture of smart service and its information and software components are described.
