Обследовано 112 мужчин с ишемической болезнью сердца (ИБС), подвергшихся КШ. Оценивали состояние больных через 1, 4 мес. и через год после КШ. Доказано, что наибольший эффект в отношении повышения толерантности к физическим нагрузкам (ТФН), оптимизации показателей гемодинамики и липидного профиля проявился у пациентов с использованием контролируемых велотренировок (ВТ) в течение 3 мес. после КШ. Самый низкий прирост ТФН, функции выброса левого желудочка, оцененных через 4 мес. после КШ, отмечен у пациентов, принимавших только медикаментозную терапию без использования в схеме реабилитации дозированной физической нагрузки. Промежуточное положение занимают пациенты с использованием в течение 3 мес. после КШ домашних физических тренировок в виде дозированной ходьбы (ДХ). Самостоятельные ФТ умеренной интенсивности безопасны, легко выполнимы и доступны для большого числа больных, однако они менее эффективны, чем контролируемые ВТ.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Purpose. To evaluate the efficacy and safety of independent physical trainings (PT) at the outpatient stage of rehabilitation in patients who underwent coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG). Material and methods. A total of 112 men with coronary artery disease (CAD) who underwent CABG were examined. Status of patients was evaluated after 1, 4 months and 1 year after CABG. Data demonstrated that the greatest effect on improving the exercise tolerance (ET), optimization of hemodynamic and lipid profile parameters was in patients who received controlled bicycle training (BT) within three months after CABG. Patients who received only drug therapy without controlled physical exercises during rehabilitation period had the lowest improvement of ET and left ventricular ejection fraction evaluated four months after CABG. Patients who received physical training at home in the form of controlled walking (CW) within three months after CABG had intermediate results. Conclusion.
