В исследование включены 225 пациентов с ишемической болезнью сердца (ИБС), средний возраст – 57 [51; 63] лет, госпитализированных в стационар с целью выполнения плановой эндоваскулярной реваскуляризации миокарда посредством стентирования. В зависимости от наличия или отсутствия неблагоприятных сердечно-сосудистых событий больных разделили на 2 группы. В 1-ю группу включили 127 пациентов с неблагоприятным течением, во 2-ю – 98 обследованных с благоприятным течением. Непосредственно перед стентированием коронарных артерий в сыворотке крови с помощью иммуноферментного метода определяли содержание эндотелина-1 (ЭТ-1), а также инсулина, интерлейкина-1 (ИЛ-1), интерлейкина-6 (ИЛ-6), интерлейкина-10 (ИЛ-10) и вычисляли отношение окружности талии к окружности бедер (ОТ/ОБ). Индекс инсулинорезистентности (HOMA-IR) рассчитывали по формуле: инсулин натощак (мкМЕ/мл) × глюкоза крови натощак (ммоль/л)/22,5. Показатели липидного спектра определяли ферментативным колориметрическим методом.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. По данным корреляционного анализа в 1-й группе установлена тесная взаимосвязь отношения ОТ/ ОБ с индексом массы тела (ИМТ) (r = 0,776; р = 0,000), ЭТ-1 (r = 0,873; р = 0,000), индексом HOMA-IR (r = 0,544;  р = 0,000) и слабая – с базальной гликемией (r = 0,238; р = 0,019), ИЛ-10 (r = 0,295; р = 0,006), ИЛ-1 (r = 0,219;   р = 0,047). Во 2-й группе с благоприятным течением доказана слабая связь только с ИМТ (r = 0,371; р = 0,002) и ЭТ-1 (r = 0,471; р = 0,000).</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Таким образом, исследование показало, что ЭТ-1 и отношение ОТ/ОБ более тесно связаны с риском развития неблагоприятных кардиоваскулярных событий после коронарного стентирования по сравнению с другими изучаемыми маркерами.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Aim</title><p>Aim. To study the prognostic significance of abdominal obesity and endothelial dysfunction marker in patients undergoing elective coronary stenting.</p></sec><sec><title>Material and Methods</title><p>Material and Methods. The study included 225 patients with coronary artery disease at an average age of 57 [51; 63] years admitted to hospital for the purpose of performing planned endovascular myocardial revascularization through stenting. Depending on the presence or absence of adverse cardiovascular events, the patients were divided into two groups. Group 1 included 127 patients with an unfavorable course of disease; group 2 comprised 98 examined patients with a favorable course. The serum levels of endothelin-1 (ET-1), insulin, interleukin-1 (IL-1), interleukin-6 (IL-6), and interleukin-10 (IL -10) and the ratio of waist to hip circumference (waist-to-hip ratio) were assessed directly before stenting the coronary arteries. The insulin resistance index (HOMA-IR) was calculated using the formula: fasting insulin (μIU/mL) × fasting blood glucose (mmol/L)/22.5. The lipid spectrum was determined by the enzymatic colorimetric method.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. Correlation analysis of data in group 1 showed the presence of strong relationships of waist-to-hip ratio with body mass index (BMI) (r = 0.776; p = 0.000), ET-1 (r = 0.873; p = 0.000), and HOMA-IR index (r = 0.544; p = 0.000); weak relationships were found with basal glycemia (r = 0.238; p = 0.019), IL-10 (r = 0.295; p = 0.006), and IL-1 (r = 0.219; p = 0.047). Correlation analysis of data in group 2 showed the presence of week relationships of waist-to-hip ratio with BMI (r = 0.371; p = 0.002) and ET-1 (r = 0.471; p = 0.000) only.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion.
