В статье анализируется  опыт завершившихся клинических изысканий,  характеризуются перспективные исследования,  посвященные лечению КШ. </p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p> Cardiogenic shock mortality did not decrease over the past decade despite the large number of studies focusing on the problem and the achieved success in the treatment of myocardial infarction. This provides rationale for search for new approaches to studying the problem in order to identify new opportunities to change the current situation.
