Основное внимание уделяется роли различных компонентов воспалительного поражения миокарда, в частности, аутоиммунных факторов и фиброзирования. Выявление потенциально обратимых аутоиммунных или воспалительных факторов патогенеза нарушений проводимости сердца может являться определяющим в прогнозировании развития заболевания у подобной категории больных и служить поводом для более тщательного наблюдения за этими пациентами, а также быть мишенью для новых лечебных подходов.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>This article reviews pathogenic mechanisms that underlie idiopathic cardiac rhythm and conduction disturbances. It focuses on the role of the various components of the inflammatory response of the myocardium, particularly on the autoimmune factors and fibrosis.
