Проведено исследование 25 створок нативных клапанов сердца, пораженных ИЭ, и 13 нативных створок, полученных от пациентов с другой клапанной патологией. Уровень экспрессии генов SOD1, CAT, PXDN1, NOS3, EDN1, VCAM, ICAM, PECAM, SELE и SELP определяли методом количественной полимеразной цепной реакции (кПЦР). Иммунофлуоресцентное окрашивание проводили с применением специфических первичных антител к нитротирозину.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Створки нативных клапанов сердца, пораженных ИЭ, характеризуются сниженной экспрессией генов, вовлеченных в процессы окислительного стресса и генов, кодирующих молекулы клеточной адгезии. Иммунофлуоресцентное окрашивание показало, что в створке клапана, пораженного ИЭ, наблюдалось более низкое окрашивание нитротирозином по сравнению с контрольными образцами клапанов, что свидетельствует о менее выраженном процессе оксидативного стресса.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Aim</title><p>Aim. To evaluate the contribution of SOD1, CAT, PXDN1, NOS3, EDN1, VCAM, ICAM, PECAM, SELE and SELP genes to the pathogenesis of infective endocarditis in patients undergoing cardiac surgery.</p></sec><sec><title>Material and Methods</title><p>Material and Methods. We studied 25 native heart valves obtained from patients with infective endocarditis and 13 native heart valves obtained from patients with other valvular pathology. The expression of SOD1, CAT, PXDN1, NOS3, EDN1, VCAM, ICAM, PECAM, SELE and SELP genes was determined by qPCR. Immunofluorescent staining was performed using specific primary antibodies to nitrotyrosine.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. Native heart valves obtained from infective endocarditis patients were characterized by the decreased expression of genes involved in the processes of oxidative stress and genes encoding cell adhesion molecules.
