Отсутствие или плохое функционирование современных, безопасных и эффективных медицинских устройств и оборудования снижают объем и качество оказания медицинских услуг.</p><sec><title>Цель</title><p>Цель: провести исследование существующих подходов к управлению медицинским оборудованием (МО) в практике отечественного и зарубежного здравоохранения. Методологическим инструментом выступил контент-анализ, посредством которого проведен анализ зарубежных и отечественных полнотекстовых источников по базам данных PubMed/MEDLINE, eLIBRARY с 2002 по 2022 гг. Авторами настоящего исследования представлены обобщенные принципы, достоинства и недостатки управления оборудованием, а также опыт разных стран в управлении оборудованием.</p></sec><sec><title>Выводы</title><p>Выводы: 1. Проблемы закупок, модернизации и обслуживания оборудования в области здравоохранения также актуальны, как и в других сферах деятельности. 2. На сегодняшний день отсутствует четкое представление руководителей в отношении построения системы управления ресурсами. 3. В отечественной литературе существует дефицит прикладных исследований в области анализа современных подходов к управлению МО.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Equipment management is an integral part of the health care delivery cycle. The absence or poor functioning of modern, safe, and effective medical devices and equipment reduces the volume and quality of medical services.</p><sec><title>Aim</title><p>Aim. The purpose of this study was to analyze existing approaches to medical equipment management in the practice of domestic and foreign health care. The content analysis was used as the methodological tool aimed at performing the analysis of foreign and domestic full-text sources in the PubMed/MEDLINE and eLIBRARY databases from 2002 to 2022. The authors of this study presented generalized principles, advantages, and disadvantages of equipment management as well as the experience of different countries in equipment management.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusions</title><p>Conclusions. 1) The problems of procurement, modernization, and maintenance of equipment in health care are as relevant as in other areas of activity. 2) There is currently a lack of a clear view of managers regarding the construction of resource management. 3) There is a lack of applied research in the domestic literature in the analysis of modern approaches to medical equipment management.</p></sec></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>управление оборудованием</kwd><kwd>обеспечение ресурсами</kwd><kwd>эффективность использования оборудования</kwd><kwd>планирование закупок</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>equipment management</kwd><kwd>provision of resources</kwd><kwd>efficiency of equipment use</kwd><kwd>procurement planning</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Черепанов В.В., Ямпольский Д.А.
