Однако респираторные вирусы способны влиять не только на дыхательную систему, но и в том числе вызывать осложнения со стороны сердечно-сосудистой системы (ССС), такие как: острый коронарный синдром (ОКС), миокардиты и перикардиты, обострение хронической сердечной недостаточности (ХСН), острая сердечная недостаточность, тромбоэмболия легочной артерии и аритмии. В данном обзоре представлена информация о частоте встречаемости сердечно-сосудистых осложнений, возникших в ассоциации с перенесенными острыми респираторными вирусными инфекциями (новая коронавирусная инфекция, грипп, РС-инфекция, аденои риновирусные инфекции), механизмах влияния респираторных вирусов на ССС. Понимание данных механизмов позволит предвидеть возможные сердечнососудистые осложнения у пациентов с респираторными инфекциями, как можно раньше предпринять меры для быстрого их купирования, особенно при жизнеугрожающих состояниях.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Despite significant progress in understanding the pathogenesis and treatment of viral diseases, the influenza virus alone causes up to three to five million severe cases and 250-500 thousand deaths annually. However, respiratory viruses can affect not only the respiratory system, but also cause complications in the cardiovascular system. For example, acute coronary syndrome, myocarditis, pericarditis, exacerbation of chronic heart failure, acute heart failure, pulmonary embolism, and arrhythmias. This review provides information on the incidence of cardiovascular complications that occurred in association with acute respiratory viral infections (COVID-19, influenza, respiratory syncytial virus infection, adenovirus, and rhinovirus infections), and the mechanisms of respiratory virus impact on the cardiovascular system.
