Часть пациентов погибают уже после реканализации инфарктсвязанной коронарной артерии (КА) в результате реперфузионных повреждений сердца. Экспериментальные данные свидетельствуют о том, что агонисты опиоидных рецепторов могут предупреждать реперфузионные повреждения сердца, то есть имитировать феномен посткондиционирования. Наиболее выраженный инфаркт-лимитирующий эффект оказывают агонисты к1- и δ2-опиоид-ных рецепторов. Клинические данные подтверждают, что морфин способен предупреждать реперфузионные повреждения сердца у человека. Таким образом, анализ опубликованных данных показывает, что агонисты опиоидных рецепторов могут стать прототипом для разработки препаратов для профилактики реперфузионных повреждений сердца.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>In Russia, in-hospital lethality after acute myocardial infarction is 13.8%. The part of patients perishes even after recanalization of the infarct-related coronary artery as a result of myocardial reperfusion injury. Experimental data indicate that opioid receptor agonists can prevent reperfusion damage of the heart mimicking postconditioning phenomena. Agonists of k1-and δ2-opioid receptors exhibit the most pronounced infarct-limiting effects. Clinical data indicate that morphine is able to prevent cardiac reperfusion injury in humans.
