Наличие СБ у пациента не исключает развитие у него инфаркта миокарда (ИМ). В статье обсуждаются сложности дифференциальной диагностики синдрома и фенокопий Бругада у пациентов, экстренно  госпитализированных в  кардиологическое отделение с рецидивирующим болевым синдромом в грудной клетке и диагнозом острого коронарного синдрома с подъемом сегмента ST (ОКСПST). Тщательный сбор анамнеза,  анализ динамики электрокардиограммы (ЭКГ),  проведение инвазивной коронарной ангиографии  способствовали выявлению сочетания СБ и ИМБОКА у пациента. </p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p> A literature review is presented with an analysis of a clinical case of a patient with a combination of Brugada syndrome (BS) and myocardial infarction without obstructive coronary artery disease ((MINOCA). The presence of BS in a patient does not exclude the development of myocardial infarction. The article discusses the difficulties of differential diagnosis of BS and Brugada phenocopies in patients urgently admitted to the cardiology department with recurrent chest pain and a diagnosis of acute coronary syndrome with ST segment elevation.
