Одним из основных преимуществ телемедицины является возможность удаленного наблюдения пациентов с целью вторичной профилактики сердечно-сосудистых заболеваний (ССЗ). В настоящем обзоре представлены современные направления телемедицинских технологий в наблюдении пациентов, подвергшихся чрескожным коронарным вмешательствам (ЧКВ) по поводу острого инфаркта миокарда, проведен анализ актуальных клинических исследований, посвященных этому вопросу.</p><sec><title>Ключевые моменты</title><p>Ключевые моменты. 1. В статье показана важная роль телемедицинских технологий в работе с пациентами кардиологического профиля.</p></sec><sec><title>2</title><p>2. Использование телемедицинских консультаций улучшает выживаемость, качество жизни, функциональное состояние и снижает профиль сердечно-сосудистого риска, а также сокращает повторные госпитализации и психические расстройства.</p></sec><sec><title>3</title><p>3. Обзор научных исследований настраивает пересмотреть текущие клинические рекомендации научных сообществ по ведению больных с ССЗ и ставит вопрос о необходимости широкого внедрения телемедицинских технологий.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Cardiology is one of the fields in which telemedicine technologies were first developed and introduced into everyday clinical practice. One of the main advantages of telemedicine is the possibility of remote monitoring of patients for the purpose of secondary prevention of cardiovascular diseases. This review presents the current trends of telemedicine technologies in the observation of patients undergoing percutaneous coronary interventions for acute myocardial infarction, an analysis of current clinical studies on this issue.</p><sec><title>Key points</title><p>Key points: 1. The article shows the important role of telemedicine technologies in working with cardiological patients.</p></sec><sec><title>2</title><p>2. The use of telemedicine consultations improves survival, quality of life, functional status and reduces the profile of cardiovascular risk, as well as reduces repeated hospitalizations and mental disorders.</p></sec><sec><title>3</title><p>3.
