Представлен клинический случай псевдокоронарного варианта течения воспалительной вирусной кардиомиопатии. Проводилась дифференциальная диагностика острого коронарного синдрома и дилатационной кардиомиопатии. Верификация диагноза осуществлялась с помощью стандартных, а также современных инструментальных визуализирующих методик, включающих магнитно-резонансную томографию (МРТ) сердца, эхокардиографию (ЭхоКГ) с использованием технологии двухмерного отслеживания серого пятна, эндомиокардиальную биопсию с последующим иммуногистохимическим анализом.

The article presents a clinical case of pseudo-coronary scenario of inflammatory viral cardiomyopathy. Differential diagnostics of acute coronary syndrome and dilated cardiomyopathy was carried out. Verification of diagnosis was accomplished using routine, as well as modern imaging technologies, including cardiac MRI, 2D-speckle tracking echocardiography, and endomyocardial biopsy with immunohistochemical analysis.
