В работе описаны основные экспериментальные модели ишемии миокарда: клеточные модели in vitro, модели на изолированном сердце ex vivo, животные модели in vivo, принципиальные компоненты модели «сердце-на-чипе» (“heart-on-chip”) и возможности моделирования in silico. Рассмотрены критерии выбора определенной модели ишемии с точки зрения патофизиологического подхода, преимущества и ограничения моделей.</p>
<trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Myocardial ischemia is the basis for many acute and chronic conditions with great social significance. The manuscript describes the main experimental models of myocardial ischemia: in vitro cellular models, ex vivo isolated heart models, in vivo animal models, the principal components of the ‘heart-on-chip’ model and the possibilities of in silico modeling. The criteria for choosing a specific model of ischemia by pathophysiological approach, advantages and limitations of the models are considered.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>ишемия</kwd><kwd>миокард</kwd><kwd>«сердце-на-чипе»</kwd><kwd>экспериментальная модель</kwd><kwd>животные</kwd><kwd>клеточные модели</kwd><kwd>изолированное перфузируемое сердце</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>ischemia</kwd><kwd>myocardium</kwd><kwd>«heart-on-chip»</kwd><kwd>experimental model</kwd><kwd>animals</kwd><kwd>cellular models</kwd><kwd>isolated perfused heart</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Федеральная служба государственной статистики.
