Достижение такого экспертного консенсуса представляется весьма важным условием для дальнейшего развития хирургии дуги аорты без риска для пациента. Представлен обзор доступных стратегий органопротекции и сравнение результатов одно- и многоцентровых исследований.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>There is no consensus regarding an optimal method of cerebral protection during aortic arch surgery. Achieving such an expert consensus seems to be an important condition for the further development of aortic arch surgery without risk for the patient.
