Ввиду тяжести состояния и особенностей течения новой коронавирусной инфекции (COVID-19) группой с высоким риском летального исхода в период распространения инфекции стали пациенты, которым требовалось лечение в стационарных условиях. Их состояние, тактика лечения и исходы заболевания были ассоциированы с наличием сопутствующих заболеваний, полом, возрастом и длительностью госпитализации. Изучение взаимосвязи данных факторов с летальностью среди пациентов с COVID-19 является необходимым для эффективной организации медицинской помощи.</p></sec><sec><title>Цель</title><p>Цель: установить взаимосвязь факторов, ассоциированных с высокой вероятностью летального исхода у пациентов с COVID-19, получавших лечение в стационарах в период с 2020 по 2021 гг.</p></sec><sec><title>Материал и методы</title><p>Материал и методы. Информационной базой исследования стали 25 028 деперсонализированных записей данных из медицинских карт пациентов, получавших медицинскую помощь в стационарных условиях в медицинских организациях Томской области в период с 2020 по 2021 гг. В качестве потенциальных факторов, ассоциированных с высокой вероятностью летального исхода у пациентов с диагнозом COVID-19, исследовалось наличие сопутствующих заболеваний, а также пол, возраст пациентов и количество дней госпитализации. Взаимосвязь потенциальных факторов, ассоциированных с высокой вероятностью летального исхода в зависимости от периода эпидемического подъема заболеваемости COVID-19, оценивалась с помощью классификационных моделей.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Анализ данных пациентов, госпитализированных с COVID-19 в стационары Томской области в период с 2020 по 2021 гг., позволил установить, что возраст пациента, длительность его пребывания в стационаре и наличие сопутствующих патологий ассоциированы с вероятностью летального исхода. По результатам анализа сформирован профиль пациента, госпитализированного в стационар Томской области с подтвержденной коронавирусной инфекцией и высокими рисками летального исхода: мужчина в возрасте от 70 лет и старше, который находился на лечении в стационаре от 10 дней и имел одно или несколько сопутствующих заболеваний, в частности, заболевания сердца, сосудов или эндокринной системы. Полученные в ходе исследования модели не пригодны для прогнозирования исхода заболевания в условиях распространения новых штаммов COVID-19 и требуют внесения изменений в состав предикторов прогностических моделей.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Представленный алгоритм анализа факторов, ассоциированных с высокой вероятностью летального исхода у пациентов с новой коронавирусной инфекцией, может быть использован на территории других регионов с возможным выявлением новых факторов риска и ассоциаций с преобладающим штаммом.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Introduction</title><p>Introduction. Due to the severity of the state and course of the new coronavirus infection (COVID-19), patients requiring hospitalization were the group at high risk of death during the spread of infection. Their condition, treatment tactics and outcomes were associated with the presence of comorbidities, gender, age and duration of hospitalization. Studying the relationship of these factors with mortality among patients with COVID-19 is essential for effective organization of medical care.</p></sec><sec><title>Aim</title><p>Aim: To analyze factors associated with a high probability of mortality in patients with COVID-19 treated in hospitals from 2020 to 2021.</p></sec><sec><title>Material and Methods</title><p>Material and Methods. 25,028 depersonalized records of patients receiving inpatient medical care in medical organizations of Tomsk region from 2020 to 2021 were studied. The presence of comorbidities, gender, patient age, and number of days of hospitalization were investigated as potential factors associated with a high probability of lethal outcome in patients with a diagnosis of COVID-19. The relationship of potential factors associated with a high probability of mortality according to the period of epidemic rise in COVID-19 incidence was evaluated using classification models.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. An analysis of data from patients hospitalized with COVID-19 in Tomsk Oblast hospitals from 2020 to 2021 revealed that the patient's age, length of stay in hospital, and presence of concomitant pathologies are associated with the probability of mortality. Based on the results of the analysis, a profile of a patient hospitalized in a Tomsk region hospital with confirmed coronavirus infection with high risks of lethal outcome was formed: a man aged 70 years or older, who has been hospitalized for 10 days or more and has one or more comorbidities, in particular, diseases of the heart, blood vessels or endocrine system. The models obtained during the study are not suitable for predicting the outcome of the disease in the context of the spread of new COVID-19 strains and require changes in the composition of predictors of prognostic models.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion.
