Между тем, многие специалисты рассматривают СУМ лишь как дополнение к традиционным тестированиям ИАУ в клинике. В данном исследовании проведено сравнение этих стратегий у больных с имплантированными кардиовертерами-дефибрилляторами (ИКД). Показано отсутствие разницы в диагностике проблем с электродами и в выявлении аритмий. Неоспоримым преимуществом СУМ является своевременное уведомление врача о случившемся клиническом событии.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Remote monitoring systems (RMS) are the necessary attribute of effective ambulatory follow-up of patients with cardiac implantable electronic devices. Meanwhile, many specialists consider RMS as an addition to traditional in-clinic interrogating. In this research we compared these strategies in patients with ICDs. No differences in verification of leads failure or arrhythmias were shown.
