Продемонстирован клинический случай IgG4-ассоцированного заболевания с синдромом лимфаденопатии и спленомегалии. Приведена подробная литературная справка по проблеме.  Обозначен алгоритм дифференциального диагноза, приведены критерии диагноза и подходы к терапии.

The medical case of IgG4-associated disease with the syndrome of lymphadenopathy and splenomegaly was shown. There is a detailed Literary reference with regard to the problem. The scheme of differential diagnosis is marked. Diagnosis criteria and ways of treatment are given.
