Все большее значение приобретает поиск и практическое применение иммунотропных лекарственных средств, способных воздействовать на различные звенья иммунной системы. Особый интерес представляют вещества, оказывающие влияние на цитокиновый профиль, что позволяет производить коррекцию иммунного ответа и обеспечивает его адекватность по отношению к патогену.</p></sec><sec><title>Цель</title><p>Цель: изучить влияние водорастворимых полисахаридов (ВРПС), экстрагированных из листьев боярышника кроваво-красного, на продукцию цитокинов иммунокомпетентными клетками в эксперименте.</p></sec><sec><title>Материал и методы</title><p>Материал и методы. В основу исследования легли культуральные и иммуноферментные методы анализа. Культуральные методы включали в себя культивирование перитонеальных макрофагов, спленоцитов экспериментальных животных, мононуклеаров периферической крови здоровых доноров. Иммуноферментные методы анализа были использованы для оценки содержания цитокинов в кондиционных средах макрофагов, спленоцитов экспериментальных животных, мононуклеаров периферической крови здоровых доноров.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Исследуемые полисахариды изменяют цитокиновый профиль, повышая продукцию иммунокомпетентными клетками как провоспалительных, так и противовоспалительных цитокинов.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Полученные данные позволяют рассматривать полисахариды боярышника кроваво-красного в качестве потенциальной основы для создания иммунотропных лекарственных средств.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The search for and practical application of immunotropic drugs capable of influencing various parts of the immune system are becoming increasingly important. Of particular interest are substances that affect the cytokine profile, which allows for correction of the immune response and ensures its adequacy in relation to the pathogen.</p><sec><title>Aim</title><p>Aim: To study the effect of water-soluble polysaccharides extracted from blood-red hawthorn leaves on the production of cytokines by immunocompetent cells in an experiment.</p></sec><sec><title>Material and Methods</title><p>Material and Methods. The study was based on cultural and enzyme immunoassay methods. The cultural methods included culturing peritoneal macrophages, splenocytes of experimental animals and mononuclear cells of the peripheral blood of healthy donors. The enzyme immunoassay methods were used to assess the content of cytokines in the conditioned media of macrophages, splenocytes from experimental animals and peripheral blood mononuclear cells from healthy donors.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. The polysaccharides studied change the cytokine profile, increasing the production of both pro-inflammatory and antiinflammatory cytokines by immune competent cells.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion.
