Представлена клинико-морфологическая характеристика ИБС при поражении ствола ЛКА, описаны особенности и преимущества различных методов реваскуляризации в сравнении с медикаментозной терапией у этой категории больных, проанализированы возможности чрескожных коронарных вмешательств (ЧКВ) в сравнении с коронарным шунтированием (КШ).</p><p> </p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The review article describes the current trends in the treatment of coronary artery disease (CAD) in patients with left main coronary artery stenosis (LMCA). The article shows the clinical and morphological characteristics of CAD in patients with LMCA stenosis, and describes the benefits of revascularization.
