Существующие методики хирургической коррекции ВПС нельзя назвать удовлетворительными. Стентирование является классическим примером малоинвазивных вмешательств, позволяющих решить вопросы, связанные с лечением врожденных пороков развития сердечно-сосудистой системы. В обзоре литературы рассмотрены некоторые формы ВПС, коррекция которых проводится методом стентирования, а также представлены перспективы применения биодеградируемых стентов.</p><p> </p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Congenital heart disease (CHD) accounts for nearly a half of the congenital anomalies in pediatric patients. However, the available methods of surgical correction for CHD are inefficient. Stenting as a minimally invasive procedure and an efficient intervention has been suggested as a promising method for CHD treatment.
