Продолжительность ишемии составляла 10 или 45 мин, а реперфузии – 10 мин или 2 ч. Показано, что введение U-50,488 в дозе 1 мг/кг как до ишемии, так и за 5 мин до реперфузии оказывало выраженный антиаритмический эффект. Препарат U-50,488 при инъекции за 5 мин до реперфузии способствовал уменьшению соотношения “зона инфаркта/область риска” в 2 раза. Антиаритмический эффект агониста к-ОР зависел от активации к-ОР. </p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The study examined the ability of к1-opioid receptors (OR) agonist, U(50.488, in doses of 0.1 and 1 mg/kg to simulate ischemic postconditioning of the heart. Duration of ischemia was 10 or 45 min and duration of reperfusion was 10 min or 2 h. Data demonstrated that the introduction of U(50.488 in a dose of 1 mg/kg both before ischemia and 5 min before reperfusion had a pronounced antiarrhythmic effect. Injection of U-50.488 5 min before reperfusion facilitated a decrease in the ratio of infarct area/area at risk by 2 times.
