Исходно, через 6 и 12 мес. после ренальной денервации 84 пациентам выполнено суточное мониторирование артериального давления, эхокардиография и магнитно-резонансная томография сердца с контрастированием. Пациенты были поделены на две группы: 1-я группа — с нормальной (SSD&lt;15 мм рт. ст., n=28) и 2-я группа — с повышенной вариабельностью артериального давления (SSD≥15 мм рт. ст., n=56).</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. По результатам эхокардиографии масса миокарда левого желудочка во 2-й группе снизилась через 6 мес. на 6,9% (р=0,036), через 12 мес. на 9,6% (р=0,029). По данным магнитно-резонансной томографии через 12 мес. масса миокарда левого желудочка регрессировала на 15,2% (р=0,010), а объем субэндокардиального повреждения — на 28,8% (р=0,039). В 1-й группе изменений не было.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Лучший регресс гипертрофии левого желудочка и объема субэндокардиального повреждения после ренальной денервации отмечается у пациентов с повышенной вариабельностью артериального давления.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Aim</title><p>Aim: to study the cardioprotective efficacy of renal denervation in patients with normal and increased blood pressure variability.</p></sec><sec><title>Material and Methods</title><p>Material and Methods. Initially, at 6 and 12 months after renal denervation 84 patients were evaluated by 24-h blood pressure, Doppler echocardiogram and cardiac contrast-enhanced magnetic resonance imaging. Retrospectively, all patients were divided into two groups: the 1st — with normal (SSD&lt;15 mm Hg, n=28) and the 2nd — with high 24-h blood pressure variability (SSD≥15 mm Hg, n=56).</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. Left ventricular mass reduced in the 2nd group at 6 month by 6.9% (p=0.036), at 12 month by 9.6% (р=0.029). By magnetic resonance imaging in the 2nd group left ventricular mass reduced at 12 month by 15.2% (р=0.010), volume of subendocardial damage — by 28.8% (р=0.039).
