У 146 профессиональных спортсменов была проведена неинвазивная оценка систолической деформации миокарда ЛЖ в различных направлениях. В качестве группы контроля были обследованы 22 спортсмена, занимающихся боулингом.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. У спортсменов-велосипедистов в 31,7% случаев у мужчин и в 29,5% у женщин выявлялась эксцентрическая гипертрофия миокарда ЛЖ. Значения глобальной продольной деформации были ниже 18% у спортсменов-мужчин из групп велоспорта-ВМХ, велоспорта-шоссе (17,70±2,40%, 17,50±2,39%). Показатели циркулярной апикальной и циркулярной глобальной деформации были ниже в группе велоспорта-ВМХ (мужчины) по сравнению с группой боулинга (14,50±6,23, 14,70±6,42 и 18,40±6,32, 16,90±6,43%, p&lt;0,01).</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Objective</title><p>Objective: To study the effect of intense physical exertion on the normal physiology of the left ventricle (LV).</p></sec><sec><title>Material and Methods</title><p>Material and Methods. 146 professional athletes underwent a non-invasive assessment of LV systolic deformity in various directions. As a control group, 22 bowling athletes were surveyed.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. In cyclists, eccentric hypertrophy of the LV myocardium was detected in 31.7% of men and in 29.5% of women. The values of global longitudinal strain were below 18% in male athletes from the cycling-BMX and cycling-highway groups (17.70±2.40% and 17.50±2.39%, respectively).
