Проведен анализ результатов эхокардиографических исследований 9256 лиц в возрасте от 1 мес. до 60 лет, 1350 практически здоровых и 7906 больных с различными сердечно-сосудистыми заболеваниями, сопровождающимися нарушением объемно-емкостных характеристик сердца (врожденные пороки сердца, различные кардиопатии, гипертоническая болезнь). Установлены отрезные точки нормальных значений показателя. Показано, что индекс Tei не отражает изменений показателей насосной функции левого желудочка (ЛЖ), не имеет зависимости от контрактильности ЛЖ, но имеет прямую связь с давлением наполнения ЛЖ как в норме, так и при патологии. Коэффициент корреляции был более высоким у взрослых пациентов.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Нормальные значения индекса Tei менее 0,5 наблюдали более чем у 95% практически здоровых лиц любого возраста. Максимальная чувствительность и специфичность показателя обнаружена у больных рестриктивной, дилатационной кардиопатиями и у пациентов, имеющих общее атриовентрикулярное соединение.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Aim</title><p>Aim. To evaluate the informational and diagnostic significance of the myocardial Tei index.</p></sec><sec><title>Patients and methods</title><p>Patients and methods. The study assessed data of echocardiographic studies of 9,256 patients aged 1 month to 60 years, 1,350 healthy individuals, and 7,906 patients with various cardiovascular diseases with abnormal volume-capacitive characteristics of the heart (congenital heart defects, different types of cardiopathy, and hypertensive disease).</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. The cutting points of the normal values of the indicator were established. Data showed that the Tei index did not reflect changes in the pumping function of the left ventricle and did not depend on the contractility of the left ventricle (LV), but it had direct significant correlation with the left ventricular filling pressure, both in normal and pathological conditions. Correlation was more significant in adult patients.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion. Normal values of the Tei index less than 0.5 were observed in more than 95% of practically healthy individuals of any age.
