В зависимости от отдаленного годичного прогноза пациенты разделены на группы с неблагоприятным (34 пациента - 62,9%) и благоприятным (20 пациентов - 37,1%) прогнозом. У всех пациентов в предоперационном периоде в сыворотке венозной крови определялся С-реактивный белок. Доказано, что пациенты с развитием таких сердечно-сосудистых событий, как инсульт, транзиторная ишемическая атака, инфаркт миокарда, смерть, а также с увеличением или появлением впервые клинических проявлений ишемии любого сосудистого бассейна в течение года после перенесенного вмешательства имеют достоверно более высокие уровни С-реактивного белка в предоперационном периоде в сыворотке венозной крови. One year after surgery, all patients were divided into two groups depending on their long-term outcomes: group 1 included patients with unfavorable prognosis (n=34; 62.9%); group 2 consisted of patients with favorable prognosis (n=20; 37.1%). In preoperative period, all patients were tested for serum levels of C-reactive protein.
