Статья посвящена дефектам диагностики фибрилляции предсердий (ФП) в реальной клинической практике. Представлена серия клинических наблюдений, свидетельствующих об электрокардиографической (ЭКГ) гипердиагностике ФП и связанной с нею необоснованной терапии оральными антикоагулянтами.

The article focuses on the defects of diagnosing atrial fibrillation in clinical practice. A series of clinical cases suggesting ECGbased overdiagnosis of atrial fibrillation and associated unreasonable therapy with oral anticoagulants is presented.
