Продемонстрировано, что на сегодняшний день не существует единого алгоритма медикаментозного и хирургического ведения пациентов.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article present the analysis of current methods for treatment of patients with acute coronary syndrome without ST segment elevation with emphasis on identification of the optimal approach improving survival of patients after the intervention.
