THE QUALITY ASSESSMENT PROBLEM OF MEDICAL CARE IN THE FIELD OF HEMATOLOGY AND ONCOHEMATOLOGY

Abstract

Quality examination of medical care in hematology and oncology – are an effective control method for the provision of specialized medical services to the population. Quality defect structure can effectively identify common problems of the health care system organization in this area. Objective quality control of medical care allow to protect the interests of both doctors and patients. This system of an independent medical expertise has a high potential to enhance public control over the efficiency of specialized hematological, oncohematological and health care service of Russia. Quality examination development requires an expansion to the legislative framework and detailed influence mechanisms of the examination results on decision-making administrative levers in health care field of regions.
