DIFFERENTIAL DIAGNOSIS PROBLEMS OF MALIGNANT LYMPHOMA AND IGG4-RELATED DISEASES WITH LYMPH NODE INVOLVEMENT

Abstract

The medical case of IgG4-associated disease with the syndrome of lymphadenopathy and splenomegaly was shown. There is a detailed Literary reference with regard to the problem. The scheme of differential diagnosis is marked. Diagnosis criteria and ways of treatment are given.
